Traci has spent her career in service to women and emerging student leaders. Prior to joining the Center, Traci led Innovative Changes, which provides financial knowledge, products and services to overlooked and underserved communities, including women and communities of color. Prior to that role, she was vice president for programs at the “I Have a Dream” Foundation – Oregon, where she built out then led the first Dreamer School in the country.
Mandee has a passion for community engagement, diversity, and leadership development in both an international and domestic context. Her BA is Global Business and she has a MA in Global Development and Justice. Prior to joining the Center, Mandee worked at a Non-Profit called Lahash International that does grassroots partnerships in East Africa. After some time with Lahash and many trips to Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and Tanzania, Mandee was inspired by the East African local leaders serving their communities—particularly the women she encountered. This motivated her to seek work that helps uplift women in her own community back in Portland, Oregon.
